For me, the pen stands as the icon for all hand-held heirlooms. It is that keepsake mentality that I hope to rekindle in the products we use everyday, for they are the things that tell our story. No two are identical, as neither are your voices. With these hand-turned, hardwood pens you are not just signing your name, but making a profound and echoing statement that will be heard for generations as it is passed on.
A collection of a few of the pipes I have made for friends.

This cabinet/shrine will soon be the final resting place for the ashes of my beloved grandmother, Joan, who I lost this past October after her year long battle with cancer. This cabinet is also a gift for my mother and will live in her backyard.

A long pendant light that hangs simply from its burgundy cloth cold. Inspired by the ominous, yet elegant, feeling of danger felt in the presence of stalactite and icicle formations.
- Ash Wood frame
- Synthetic Fiberglass rice paper
- Clear Acrylic tube
- LED strip
- Burgandy Cloth lamp cord
I made this tool for myself as a reflection of myself. Its shape is in accordance to how I feel most comfortable holding a marking gauge.
- Ipe (Iron Wood) body and shaft
- White Oak wedge
- Old Jig Saw Blade knife
For this marking gauge, I kept it simple and straight forward. The small piece of extra-hard graphite leaves a clean, crisp line.
- White Oak body
- Peruvian Walnut shaft
- Mahogany wedge
I made this piece using the raw material of a gazebo frame I found on the street garnished with the word "FREE". The frame's thin walls inspired me to develop this chain-like profile by crushing it in a custom vice jig.
The sculpture was designed to rust over time, minus the stainless steel bearing and cable, which allows the sphere to continue spinning freely as the wind influences it.
- Steel (square tubing and sheet)

A cigarette case for those who either want only one to pop out for themselves or wish to present an offer to others.

My “book” is more of an experience, rather than a piece of literature that you’d find in a library or scribbled on a coffee-stained napkin. It is based on its overall aesthetic and connection to all of our body’s senses. As you sit in front of it, (preferably with your eye level about 3/4 of the way up the pages, and in a dark/dimly light room) the experience begins with pulling the golden ball-chain, turning on the light bulb before you. Allow the bulb to really warm up a bit while you take a moment to soak in what has just been illuminated. This will begin to warm the wood and you as well if your close enough. The gold shapes before you are a physical representation of the sound waves of my voice reciting a poem, line by line, that I wrote (*the page index of which will be at the bottom of this page). It begins with the title page and first line of the poem. There are also page numbers at the bottom of each page in case you get lost.
As you turn through the pages, indulge yourself in the smell of the warm wood, the sound of the wheels squeaking and the wood creaking, the feel of their smooth complexion as it passes in front of your face, noticing the moment of darkness when you are separated from the light. There is no clear beginning or end to my book, much like my perception of our being here in this life. Rather, it continues on and we are faced with the same questions as before, with only ourselves to answer them. Once our answers become so consistent that they become our absolute truth, our law, we can then know nirvana.
